Shipping Policy

Generally, we will send the items as soon as possible once your payment is completed. For the US, the estimated delivery takes 3 - 14 working days after processing (1 - 3 days), but sometimes it may take up to 30 days. We do not guarantee delivery time on all international shipments due to differences in customs clearing times in individual countries, which may affect how quickly your product is inspected. We ship anywhere in the world so it will depend on your country of residence and not all of our merchandise ships from the same location such as the United States, Europe, China, Australia etc... It may take anywhere from 7 - 15 business days on average. This is highly dependent on the customs and import process in your country.

Shipping Methods: ePacket, EMS, USPS and other.

Delivery Time:
a. EMS usually takes up to 40 working days (not including holidays and weekends).
b. ePacket usually takes 7 - 40 working days (not including holidays and weekends).
c. USPS usually takes 2 - 7 working days (not including holidays and weekends)

Note: Sometimes it may be delayed by many unsteady factors like customs, flights, weather, Covid-19, etc which are uncontrollable. Please be patient and you will receive the parcel.

If Track Your Order says "Delivered" but the order hasn't arrived firstly please make sure that it has been at least 24 hours since the tracking information said "Delivered".

If it still hasn't arrived either your package has been stolen, you have given the wrong address or the shipping carrier has made a mistake. Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds or free reshipment for these orders. We get a lot of people trying to scam us by telling us the product hasn't arrived when it has.
