Q: Is Shipping Included in The Prices?

Q: When will my order ship?
A: Here’s how it works: you order, we process, then we ship.
Ordering takes a few seconds. Processing takes 1 - 3 days. After this You’ll get a shipment notification email with a tracking number.

Q: Why did I never receive my order confirmation email?

A: Please make sure you check all folders in your inbox including the junk and spam folders. If you still cannot find your confirmation email please Contact Us to ensure that you provided us with the correct email during checkout. Also, please read the following answer to the question.

Q: My tracking says "No information available at the monent".
A: For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 working days for the
tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed
more than 5 working days ago and there is still no information on your
tracking number, please Contact Us.

Q: How long does it take to arrive?
A: It depends on the shipping method. For the US, the estimated delivery takes 3 - 14 working days after processing, but sometimes it may take up to 30 days. For other countries, the estimated delivery takes 7 - 40 working days after processing. Working days are Monday – Friday, excluding holidays. 

Q: Will my items be sent in one package?   
A: For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be
sent in separate packages, even if you’ve specified combined shipping.

Q: How Do I Change My Delivery Address?
A: Please Contact Us as soon as you realize you need to change the delivery address (but no later than 12 hours after ordering) as once it is shipped we cannot change the address. 

Q: How Do I Cancel An Order?
A: Please Contact Us as soon as you realize you need to cancel (but no later than 12 hours after ordering) as once it is shipped we cannot cancel it for you.
